Collection: Oud Fragrances

An oud fragrance is a type of perfume that features oud (agarwood) as its central note and falls under the Oriental fragrance family. Oud is a highly prized, resinous wood that comes from the Aquilaria tree. When the tree becomes infected with a particular mold, it produces a dark, fragrant resin to protect itself. This resinous wood, when distilled, yields oud oil, which is used in perfumery. Oud is often described as deep, woody, smoky, and animalistic.
