We make every effort to get your order out quickly and securely so you can enjoy your fragrance samples without delay.

Royal Mail Tracked 48
£2.99 for orders under £30
FREE for orders £30+
Delivery Estimate: 3–4 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays)
Deliveries may also arrive on Saturdays in some UK areas, but this is not guaranteed everywhere and does not constitute a 'working' day.
This service may take longer than the above estimate for (but not limited to): Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands including; Jersey, Gurnsey, Shetland & Orkney & The Isle of Man.
Decanted is not responsible for extended delivery times that may occur due to your geographical location & we will refuse any request for delivery refunds based on this, in-line with our Refunds & Returns Policy.
DISPATCH TIMES
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Examples:
Order at 10:30am Tuesday → dispatched by Wednesday at the latest, expected delivery between Thursday and Monday.
Order at 7:00pm Friday → dispatched Monday, expected delivery between Wednesday and Friday.
Order at 2:00pm Saturday (before a Bank Holiday Monday) → dispatched Tuesday, expected delivery between Thursday and Monday.
TRACKING
Every order is sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48.
A tracking link will be emailed once your order has been dispatched and can be found on your order confirmation page on our website.
Tracked 48 does not require a signature.
A Royal Mail scan at the correct delivery address is considered proof of delivery, as it also contains a Photograph and GPS Geolocation of delivery.
Higher value orders may require a signature, this is determined by us when dispatching your order, Royal Mail will inform you that a signature is required for delivery via the contact information you provided.
Any attempt by customers to intentionally mislead us with a false claim of non-delivery in order to obtain goods or a refund is considered fraud by false representation under the Fraud Act 2006 and will be reported immediately to the relevant authorities. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Delivery Times: The 2–4 working day window is an estimate, not a guaranteed service. Once your parcel is with Royal Mail, we cannot influence their delivery speed.
Delays: Orders are not considered “lost” until 7 working days after dispatch. At that point, we will investigate with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
Addresses: It is your responsibility and yours alone for providing the correct delivery address at checkout. We cannot refund or replace items sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer that can not be recovered or returned. Further information about incorrect delivery information is covered in more detail under our Refunds & Returns Policy.
Missed Deliveries: If you are not available, Royal Mail may leave your parcel with a neighbour or at your local delivery office. They should leave a card or notification with further instructions. If you have instructed or have set a 'Safe Place' for delivery, responsibility for the delivery then passes to you.
Student, Shared Accommodation & Business Address Deliveries: Please note that deliveries to student accommodation, shared housing, or business addresses may be signed for by reception staff, concierges, colleagues, or other residents. In line with Royal Mail’s delivery policy, if a parcel is signed for or scanned as delivered at the correct address, the order will be considered fulfilled. Decanted cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient does not personally receive the parcel in these circumstances.
